This under-guard was developed by PWRC and CARROSSER Corporation.(Cusco Racing) and this is for WRC.
We made up 5mm thickness for standard, 6mm thickness for rough gravel and 4mm thickness for smooth gravel. It goes all out tough at the unthinkable condition of punishing road, it can guard vehicle.
It made numerous improvements, it can cover engine oil pan, lower support of radiator, exhaust pipe and oil pan of gear box.
The guard stay is fastened to body frame with bolts directly because of heavy duty.
With this mounting arrangement, it needs to change the pipe position for oil cooler if your car has standard oil cooler of engine.
Team ARAI has been used at 2007 WRC.
